Most music that i like is not especially because i like the music or lyrics but more the feeling and memories it gives me. Its is a time machine thats brings me back.... Let me be clear this one had both.

Reddit brought me here. Apparently this bride wanted to use this song as their first dance, her in-laws are jewish and her groom's grandparents are survivors. The groom's sister asked the bride if she knew what the song talked about? The bride answered by saying that it's only the Harry potter song. Long story short the groom ended up reading what the lyrics were and he told the bride that he is not dancing to that song, now the bride is mad telling the groom's sister that she ruined her wedding and first dance. The bride is asking the groom to disinvite his sister. He refuses. Mind you the wedding hasn't happened, so I don't understand how the wedding is ruined and if all it takes to ruin it is something like this happening, well that does tell you more about the brides character than anything else. How insensitive. If she didn't know before, once she was made aware she should have realize the mistake and change the song, but throwing a tantrum...🙄😳🧐🧐

I honestly get chills everytime in the ending when they sing oh children and children over him. They sound like a train horn getting closer and further away as it fades

It's 52 minutes past 4 in the afternoon and I've pretty much hit the bottom. What keeps me going is not the love of the man I love or the love of the God I love, what keeps me going is His threat of hell for those who commit suicide and this song makes it easier to keep breathing. Thank you.

While I really like to listen to The Bad Seeds now and then, the songs are often so repetitive that I feel as though I’m suffocating. Ol’ Nick sure likes to stay on one note intoning a lot of text for a long time, usually the tonic, then after a certain number of syllables, he’ll shift to the dominant, just as in “Red Right Hand.” I guess the folks who are crazy about this band have limited vocal ranges like Nick, lol!
